Boni Franz
Office Manager
Boni Franz is our office manager and is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with running Heights Family Dental. This includes helping our patient understand treatment plans and scheduling appointments. Boni is often the primary point of contact for patients and may handle billing, insurance claims, and other correspondence.
Overall, Boni plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient communication with our patients to help them achieve the best oral and overall health.
When not in the office she’s usually spending time with her family and enjoying a Packers game.
Jessica
Hygienist
Jessica graduated from Georgia Perimeter College in Atlanta in 2005. Born and raised in Georgia, she later made the move to Oregon and quickly fell in love with the community here. She enjoys being a dental hygienist because helping people feel healthier — and more confident — is truly rewarding. Jessica treasures the relationships she’s built with patients over the past ten years at the practice. Outside the office you’ll find her spending time with family, hiking and camping around the Pacific Northwest, going for runs, or curled up with a good book.
Carrie
Dental Assistant
Carrie is the cornerstone of Heights Family Dental — with 30 years of expanded‑function dental assisting under her belt, she knows how to put people at ease. She loves the close, family-like relationships she’s built with patients and has a special knack for easing dental anxiety; her calm, confident presence makes every visit feel a little gentler. Carrie has called Hood River home since 1975, and when she’s not caring for patients you’ll often find her out exploring the roads and trails on a motorcycle with her husband, Mike.

With 15 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, I’m passionate about making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. I take pride in building trusting, long-term relationships and supporting patients through routine visits and more complex procedures. Working alongside a skilled, compassionate team, I enjoy coordinating treatment, anticipating needs, and contributing to efficient, high-quality care that helps patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Creating a welcoming, positive experience for each person is the most rewarding part of my job. I stay up to date on best practices to uphold our standard of care. Outside the office, I love exploring the outdoors, riding RZRs, and spending quality time with my son.
