If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at 541-386-2020. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Heights Family Dental does not participate in most insurance/benefit networks due to issues with some networks having restrictions on the types of procedures or materials that dentists are allowed to use. This is frustrating for dentists who want to provide the best possible care for our patients. But we do bill all traditional benefit plans, contact our office if you have any questions.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
